Supervision

I qualified as a Casework Supervisor in 2001.

I see my role as a supervisor to act in three ways:

• support
• education
• professional friend

This means that I am working with you to offer a place where you can safely explore your client work, ensuring that by working within your own capabilities you are offering the most effective support to your clients.

I work with both qualified and student counsellors but also welcome therapists from complimentary and alternative therapies who have recognised the need for personal support in their client work.

As with my counselling work I do not operate a fixed fee for supervision but look at somewhere between £25-£35 for students and £35-£60 for qualified therapists per session.
